After I posted the “He Doesn’t Love You” video a few weeks ago, I got a HUGE response. Everyone loved the Blue and Red analogy and I’m so grateful that people were able to clearly understand my message. In the hundreds of comments, everyone wanted to know how to be a confident fat girl so I filmed a follow-up video on “How To Be Confident” and just posted it.
This video is slightly geared towards how to be a confident fat girl, but it really is broad enough to apply to either gender, any weight, and really anyone.
