Last Summer, I was fortunate enough to attend an amazing blog conference in Atlanta, where I was able to meet Ted Rubin and soak up some of his social marketing awesomeness. I was then even more fortunate to be able to become a part of Social Fabric, a division of Collective Bias, a social shopper media company for which Ted Rubin is the Chief Social Marketing Officer.
Ted Rubin is a leading social marketing strategist and in March 2009 started using and evangelizing the term ROR, Return on Relationship™.
Ted is the most followed CMO on Twitter according to Social Media Marketing Magazine. ROR is the basis of his philosophy… It’s All About Relationships! Connect with Ted at TedRubin.com or @TedRubin.
I remember sitting in that huge conference room listening to Ted talk about return on relationships for the first time and I was fascinated. I’m pretty sure I took down everything that came out of his mouth. I picked up a number of tips that have helped me to grow as a blogger and as a member of the social media world.
Then he mentioned that he had a book coming out all about Return on Relationship. While waiting for the release I’ve implemented so many of the techniques he recommend and I know that reading his book will continue to help me become even better at what I do.
Return on Relationship is co-written by Ted Rubin and Kathryn Rose.

Here is one of my favorite quotes I took down when I heard Ted speak last year…
“Think REPUTATION, not ranking
CONNECTION, not network
LOYALTY, not celebrity”
*I am being sent a copy of this book for review purposes. All opinions are genuine and my own.
Thanks so much Sarah Rae. Really appreciate the support. So happy we got to meet at Savvy Blogging in Atlanta.
Remember… Relationships are like muscle tissue, the more they are engaged, the stronger they become. Make it a great week!
