I’ve been doing my best to get back in the swing of things. It’s been an adjustment with Daddy being gone. But Nahla and Jaden have been treating me well. 🙂
I will be back in the kitchen this weekend doing more product testing and probably whipping up some new recipes. I’ll be back to regularly updating with food and more soon. I have been updating my YouTube account, so if you want to stay up to date with me you can check me out there.
For now, here are the pictures we took at The Picture People the day before Da’Vi had to leave us. We loved them so much that we actually bought the rights to them so we could reprint. It was impossible choosing our favorites. Nice problem to have, I suppose. Also, kind of expensive. I will always recommend The Picture People because they do such great work but every time we go there we leave a couple hundred dollars poorer. Oh well. It’s totally worth it!
This is MUCH harder than it looks. Trust me. I do it every single day.

I swear these kids are our Mini Me's.
It was close to impossible to get these two in a picture without mommy and daddy.
All in all… it was a fun time. And these pictures will be a nice reminder of how much the kids have grown by the time daddy gets out of boot camp and training. 🙂
