I created office hours for myself recently, where I actually sit down in my office and work, basically non-stop, for 9-10 hours a day. It’s pushed me to be more productive with my time but man, I miss the outside world. So, today I decided to take a mid-day break and head out a local ice cream parlor.
The Midwest truly doesn’t know how to act in the wintertime when the weather gets above 30 degrees. Today was drizzling, windy, and a cool 40 degrees… which means I forgo’d a jacket and wore my cute new off the shoulder Valentine’s Day ready pink sweater instead.
I got these super cute jeans from Lane Bryant recently. I’ve been living in my power pockets super stretch jeans from Lane Bryant the last couple of months. I picked up this pair with the extra detail at the ankle and paired them with these cute ruffled booties I also picked up.
I got my earrings, bracelets, and rings from Lane Bryant too because their accessories are always bomb. I loved the ruffled booties so much that I picked them up in black as well, which is the pair I’ll be wearing to my MEETUP this Saturday – February 9th! I’ll be hosting Lane Bryant’s denim event at their store in Gerry Centennial Plaza in Oswego, Illinois from 2PM-4PM.
This is actually the same store that I went to when we filmed my recent subscriber makeover video for a very deserving woman named Lydia. The video was super fun to film, and it really showcased all of the different styles of clothing that Lane Bryant has to offer.
