Every two weeks, I get a little break from being mommy when the kids head to their dad’s house. I’d love to pretend like I use this time to really live it up, but most of the time I end up ordering tacos and becoming one with my DVR and couch. No shame in my game, though. Single parenting is exhausting. I deserve that time off.
